Key Responsibilities

• Convert student inquiries into admissions
• Handle inbound and outbound admission calls
• Follow up with pending leads and maintain records
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses
• Arrange demo classes for prospective students
• Resolve student queries and provide guidance
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with trainers and class schedules
• Support administrative and operational activities
• Maintain CRM and student database records

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Good counselling and relationship-building ability
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing
• Comfortable with MS Office and CRM tools
• Positive attitude with target-oriented mindset
